In season Feb, March, April, May
Monthly $3,500 + 10% tax.
Weekly $1,500 + tax
Mid season October, November, December, January
Monthly $3,000 + 10%tax
Weekly $1,200 + 10%tax
Off-season: June, July, August, and September
Monthly $1,600 + 10% tax
Weekly $900 + 10% tax.
There is a $100 cleaning fee for all rentals.
A parking permit is required to park in the parking lot
and is available from the resort office.
